Why Hubert?
The Black Eagle house immediately stood out to me He does have the appearance of a Goth creature, so he already made a good first impression on aesthetics alone.
He stands out by being the stupidest character in Fire Emblem. Nearly every single other character talks in a normal, if somewhat formal manner, whilst every piece of Hubert's dialogue is straight out of a Jane Austen novel.
